Introduction of MB(Q) Speed Variator
Speed variator is an integrate design with high efficiency, compact size, long life span and simple structure. It’s the most frequently applied speed variator in modern industry. Its torque transmission is by using fixed-star wheel friction, where stability, abrasion resistance and toughness are excellent in variator device. DEVO speed variators are available in 8 sizes with speed change ratio from2.5:1 to 20:1. Each size is available as either variator only or as a combined variator and gear reducer of 1 or 2 reduction stages in a single monolithic casing.DEVO speed variators can be supplied complete with IEC motors (B5 type). Output speed is changed progressively by operation of the control handwheel which is provided with a direct speed position readout. When required, the control handwhell can be replaced with an electric servomotor with limit switch device. Also, each variator can be supplied with a proximity sensor to provide a display of output speed on a digital guage. Additionally, a digital or analogue converter can be supplied to control the output speed from an external signal.Input power from 0.12 to 4 kwspeed change ratio 5:1

Packing & Delivery
The output subassembly, which includes the worm gear and bearing cups and EPG s, loads onto a separate station for two simultaneous measurements. The machine applies a predetermined load to opposing bearing cups and measures the total stack height. At the same time, a master worm engages and oscillates the output worm gear to find the exact center of curvature for the gear teeth. The machine then measures the distance between this centerline and the rear-bearing cup.
